She's not sure it would be enough for a Hollow to resist his impulses, either. Honestly, it makes more sense on Daybreak's side. Maybe the Hollow doesn't even realize what their intent might be... But if that's the case, it still doesn't explain how or why he's keeping to himself so well.

His renewed panicked isn't all that surprising. She feels bad, but there was no way around this. He should know where to avoid, even as reluctant as she was to tell him. Maybe she won't be the only one keeping an eye on him now.
