Event: The Case of the Missing Weapons
Who: People at Daybreak.
When: July 14 through August 3.
Where: Daybreak and Soleil

1. WEAPON-NAPPED
On the morning of July 14, students at Daybreak awake to find something most disturbing: some have had their weapons vanish. In some cases, weapons may refer to pens, letter openers, pizza cutters, and things that are not weapons have been taken. For each, there is a note left:
I HAVE STOLEN YOUR WEAPONS! GWAHAHA! YANG WENLY
Weapons stolen after the 14th have different individuals accused. Weapons can be taken from rooms left unlocked, from the Citadel, or if left out somewhere in Soleil or somewhere in the vicinity.
2. SEARCHING FOR CLUES
Those looking for clues will find, periodically, notes that direct them to do absurd things -- take thirty steps here, turn right, twenty more -- and such. Some will lead up to the roofs of Daybreak for fantastic views.
Others will lead into Soleil! See the below prompt for more information on that, but also feel
If you want to make your own clues to lead you on an adventure, feel free -- the notes will be signed by those who have been framed. If you want a note or another clue as a prompt, please feel free to ask!
3. BUC-KAW!!
Some of the clues lead into Soleil. Over the course of the next two weeks, strange sightings grow more and more common: chickens. These chickens, inexplicably, have been painted green. They are also from an Outlands kingdom known as Hyrule.
This means that if you kick one in frustration, several dozen will swarm you and attack. Good luck!

3. Buc-kaw!
He searched for hours, going around in circles - often times literally when in frustration he sat down with a bag of popcorn he bought from a street vendor, angrily munching when several of the green chickens surround him, and stole his popcorn. The chase he gave amused onlookers until in frustration he grabs one by the neck -
The loud crowing and cries fill the area as dozens of chickens swooped, pecked, and beat him, undeterred by his attempts to toss them before he did the bravest thing a man can do in the situation: RUN]
AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!!

[Ammy can be seen literally jumping from rooftop to rooftop, a sheet of paper held in one hand. She arrives at the destination on the paper, and stops to admire the view.]
I don't think any of these are actually going to lead to the stolen weapons, but it's worth a shot. The scenery is a nice consolation prize, at least.

[When Ammy sees the chickens, she reaches into her robe and pulls a bag of seeds from... somewhere. She sets it down, making sure there's enough for all of them. She sits seiza style as she watches them eat, a serene aura around her. When they're finished, her markings glow for a moment.]
