Who: Hosni and anyone who encounters the baby dragon
When: September 5th-ish
Where: Around campus
What: Kisara's gone missing and there's a fretting and worried chihuahua-sized dragon making his frustration, anger, and sadness evident.
Warnings: Nothing, probably.
[Lumiere dorms]
This is where it all starts, the tiny baby waking up from his sleep to find that he's by himself and from the scent in his nose, knows far too well that this was not just Kisara leaving him here to rest. He's flitting his wings for a moment to help himself upright before chirping softly to no answer. As soon as he's realizing that he is, in fact, alone, he's managing to get the door open and into the hallways.
Hopefully no one minds a particularly high-pitched chirping and squealing noise in the early morning as he's switching between stumbling over his feet with wings barely remaining on his back to flittering about in the air for brief spans of time. Not the best of appearances, clearly.
[Elsewhere]
At any other point once he gets his way out of the dorms proper he's practically bolting around the place, trying to headbutt the nearest person's leg to get their attention along with a loud trilling noise that hopefully helps him in this endeavor. Anyone that decides to look down will see him sitting properly while squirming on his spot in some sort of weird anticipation and very clearly still distressed about who knows what.
It's too bad he's still too young to actually comprehend how to make noises similar to speech, really.
At other times he might also be found crying out in the same shrill high-pitched tone from the highest perch he can get to, which is never really much higher than about six feet or so. His wings being spread out behind him to catch any attention he can.
[So, uh, this is basically going to be the starting point for the whole kidnapping shenanigans with Kisara. It's more or less going to be pretty limited, but if you want to get involved, feel free to hit me up how you like. Otherwise it's just Hosni being terrible.]

Huh? [ He crouches to look at Hosni, because even Vivi is a bit taller than a baby dragon. ] Are you supposed to be out here? How come Kisara's not with you?
no subject
He's pretty clearly by body language alone not exactly in the best of mindsets right now and can't help himself but try to grab onto a bit of whatever he's wearing to try and pull in the direction of the dorms again.
Not that he has much force to do any of that with, of course not.]
no subject
He sort of shuffles in the direction of where he's being gently pulled, and then stands up. ]
Show me?
[ If Hosni leads, he'll follow. ]
no subject
He's immediately on the move, but given his size, easy enough to keep up as he's staying on the ground mostly. A few moments of gliding here and there, but primarily running.
It shouldn't be too hard to figure out he's heading back for the Lumiere dorms and before long plopping himself down in front of Kisara's door with a soft grumbled whine.]
no subject
Oh hey.
[He'll hold out his hand to see if Hosni wants some headskritches.]
You doing okay, buddy?
no subject
That hand being held out gets a tiny dragon mouth on it instead, tail thumping against the ground and eyes narrowed up at him. Not enough to do damage, but hopefully enough to get the point across that no, no he is not doing okay.]
Elsewhere
His brows shot up]
Is something the matter?
no subject
Which is precisely why he's going to attempt to bite his leg with tiny sharp dragon teeth and then book it. If they're mad, they have to follow, right? Sound reasoning.]
no subject
Well, this is definitely not playful behavior. Quickly, the vampire follows after]
no subject
Which is empty at this point as he's landing on the floor again with a high-pitched distressed squeal.]
no subject
Kisara's room?
[The man asks, the logic is sound, but it's best to confirm as he casts a quick glance inside to see if there's something amiss from the outside, if only to give him plausible reason, as being seen entering without just cause might - be bad]
no subject
The bed's an unkempt mess and there's that chair in front of the desk on the floor instead of standing upright. But not much else, it'd seem.]
no subject
Please, off the bed - close to me.
no subject
It's pretty clearly knocked over from the side instead of from being pulled out or something similar. The sheets themselves are also partially off of the bed as if they'd been pulled, too.]

Hosni's adjusting his wings a bit and making a soft noise before he's hopping off of his shoulder to land none-too-gracefully on the floor and nosing his way into one of the drawers and dragging out a journal of some type. And deciding it's a good idea to try and open it with those tiny sharp teeth. You know, while ripping the pages a bit in the process.]
no subject
[He quickly swoops to get the journal before it could be ripped too badly, he exhales - well this is certainly would be unconscionable under normal circumstances but this is a fairly dire situation from what he's seeing,
Let's see what could be in the book that might give a clue]
no subject
At least on the bottom half of the page seems to be a drawing of what appears to be a village of some sort, very clearly in ruins with some other notes being written to the side of various parts of it.
Hosni's leaning over to put one of his tiny paws on the page and tap at it a bit.]
PAGING A FACULTY
UN: ThreeCoffins
This is Arthur Bell, Kisara is missing and her room shows evidence that someone has taken her out against her will.
There is a journal in Arabic, a language I am fortunately not well-versed in.
[The message is filtered only to Faculty members, to avoid alarming other students]
UN: LORDVAL
[...That's bad. He'd have to inform other staff members right away, but if that journal mentioned had any sort of evidence in it, it needed to be looked at right away.]
I am fluent in Arabic, Mr. Bell. Writing included. Where are you? I will come meet with you immediately.
Re: UN: LORDVAL
I'm going to look for any more evidence that might have been left behind, but whoever did this was very neat and careful - they got experience.
no subject
[True to his word, Valvatorez does not waste any time. He's quick to lock up his office and move fast toward the dorms; he moved with a sense of purpose and urgency, which kept people out of his way. When he arrives, he quickly makes his way to Kisara's room.]
Mr. Bell? I'm here to help. What have you got so far?
no subject
First of all this knocked over chair - Miss Kisara is a conscientious young lady, and would not leave it lying like this. A bit odd, but not terribly trouble, but to the bed -
[He gestures, walking Valvatorez through his deduction]
- the sheets are not folded over or crumpled if she had thrown it off herself. They're slid down, as if someone outside had pulled them off... and finally, these rips in the fitted sheet and the mattress itself. As though she had awoken, and tried to hold onto the bed before getting pried off.
It seems likely the culprit came in through the window, pulled the sheet off, grabbed her and subdued her quickly, and went out the same way, knocking the chair over in the process. I saw no signs of anyone being dragged out the door.
Dorms
[He didn't have to travel that far to find it, but he did have to do a double take at what he just found at his feet.] ...How did you get here?
[Like, how did it make it to this world at all, much less break into the common room.]
no subject
If he decides to read it, it does have some text on it.
I'm Hosni. I am not lost. I do understand speech. If injured return to Kisara.
Well, at least that might clear up some confusion. Even if he doesn't seem too keen in standing around for too long as he'd like to search for someone who can help him with his current problem.]
no subject
[He does recognize that name though, ironically not for the reasons he should know it, but enough to know that she also stays in one of the Lumiere dorms.]
You can't talk then? [The screeching from earlier seems to point towards know, but if it can, maybe he will understand better what's going on here.]
no subject
Leaving a toddler alone, again is not the best of ideas.]
no subject
Alright, alright.. [He knows a dirty look when he sees it. Emizel gets on the floor so that he doesn't have to bend down so much.]
So what are ya up to? Looking for something? Trying to escape?
[Either of those seem valid, especially with the degrading collar. He would've wanted to bail ages ago.]
