Who: Hosni and anyone who encounters the baby dragon
When: September 5th-ish
Where: Around campus
What: Kisara's gone missing and there's a fretting and worried chihuahua-sized dragon making his frustration, anger, and sadness evident.
Warnings: Nothing, probably.
[Lumiere dorms]
This is where it all starts, the tiny baby waking up from his sleep to find that he's by himself and from the scent in his nose, knows far too well that this was not just Kisara leaving him here to rest. He's flitting his wings for a moment to help himself upright before chirping softly to no answer. As soon as he's realizing that he is, in fact, alone, he's managing to get the door open and into the hallways.
Hopefully no one minds a particularly high-pitched chirping and squealing noise in the early morning as he's switching between stumbling over his feet with wings barely remaining on his back to flittering about in the air for brief spans of time. Not the best of appearances, clearly.
[Elsewhere]
At any other point once he gets his way out of the dorms proper he's practically bolting around the place, trying to headbutt the nearest person's leg to get their attention along with a loud trilling noise that hopefully helps him in this endeavor. Anyone that decides to look down will see him sitting properly while squirming on his spot in some sort of weird anticipation and very clearly still distressed about who knows what.
It's too bad he's still too young to actually comprehend how to make noises similar to speech, really.
At other times he might also be found crying out in the same shrill high-pitched tone from the highest perch he can get to, which is never really much higher than about six feet or so. His wings being spread out behind him to catch any attention he can.
[So, uh, this is basically going to be the starting point for the whole kidnapping shenanigans with Kisara. It's more or less going to be pretty limited, but if you want to get involved, feel free to hit me up how you like. Otherwise it's just Hosni being terrible.]

UN: LORDVAL
[...That's bad. He'd have to inform other staff members right away, but if that journal mentioned had any sort of evidence in it, it needed to be looked at right away.]
I am fluent in Arabic, Mr. Bell. Writing included. Where are you? I will come meet with you immediately.
Re: UN: LORDVAL
I'm going to look for any more evidence that might have been left behind, but whoever did this was very neat and careful - they got experience.

[True to his word, Valvatorez does not waste any time. He's quick to lock up his office and move fast toward the dorms; he moved with a sense of purpose and urgency, which kept people out of his way. When he arrives, he quickly makes his way to Kisara's room.]
Mr. Bell? I'm here to help. What have you got so far?

First of all this knocked over chair - Miss Kisara is a conscientious young lady, and would not leave it lying like this. A bit odd, but not terribly trouble, but to the bed -
[He gestures, walking Valvatorez through his deduction]
- the sheets are not folded over or crumpled if she had thrown it off herself. They're slid down, as if someone outside had pulled them off... and finally, these rips in the fitted sheet and the mattress itself. As though she had awoken, and tried to hold onto the bed before getting pried off.
It seems likely the culprit came in through the window, pulled the sheet off, grabbed her and subdued her quickly, and went out the same way, knocking the chair over in the process. I saw no signs of anyone being dragged out the door.
